Mentoring for emerging Coaches

Develop your practice. Build your brand. Start your journey..

Professional growth as a coach requires continuous learning, self-awareness and the ability to reflect on one’s practice. At the same time, the transition from coaching training to professional practice often brings questions, uncertainty and practical challenges that can feel overwhelming at the beginning.

Through individual mentoring sessions, I support newly trained and less experienced coaches in strengthening their coaching skills, building confidence, developing their professional identity and taking their first steps towards establishing their own coaching practice.

We explore real-life challenges in coaching, ways to build meaningful relationships with clients, the handling of challenging coaching situations, and a deeper understanding of the coach’s role, boundaries and professional responsibilities.

Alongside the development of coaching skills, we work on the practical foundations of building a sustainable professional practice. This includes identifying the clients they want to work with, defining their positioning and personal brand, developing a professional presence, communicating the value of their services and finding ways to attract their first clients.

We also address the practical questions that can feel particularly daunting at the beginning: setting up a professional practice, choosing between in-person and online sessions, selecting an appropriate workspace, structuring services and fees, and organizing the first steps towards building a business that reflects their goals, values and resources.

The aim is to help coaches gain greater clarity, autonomy and confidence — not only in how they practise coaching, but also in how they shape their professional path and gradually build a sustainable practice of their own.

Because becoming a coach is the beginning. The next step is to find your place in the profession and build a practice that reflects who you trully are.
